Hagay is a bioprocessing expert with more than 25 years of experience in protein production, purification, and large-scale process development. He has developed over 200 production processes and held senior leadership roles including VP of R&D and Director of Biotechnology, leading teams across upstream, downstream, analytical development, and cGMP-aligned scale-up. Today, he supports biotech, food, and fermentation companies with process development, troubleshooting, scale-up strategy, and building robust, efficient, and scalable manufacturing platforms.
Moran is a plant scientist specializing in plant cloning, molecular farming, and the extraction of proteins and secondary metabolites. With postdoctoral research at the Weizmann Institute and the Volcani Center, leadership roles in several startups, and multiple biotech patents, she combines strong scientific expertise with hands-on industry experience.
